Telephone Counsellor job opportunities, Hinckley, Leicestershire

We're seeking qualified counsellors to join the 24/7 telephone counselling team based at our office in Hinckley, Leicesteshire.  We are particularly interested in recruiting counsellors who can work evening shifts up to midnight and weekend shifts and there are full time and part time positions available.

Applicants should have:-

  • Diploma level counselling qualification
  • A minimum of two years post qualifying experience
  • Experience of carrying out assessments and risk assessments
  • BACP Accreditation or be eligible to apply
  • Ability to take part in 24/7 rota
  • Experience of working on the telephone
